Founder and CEO of The Stress Institute

As an author, speaker and stress-management expert, her advice has been featured in major national media, including USA Today and The Wall Street Journal and on "The Today Show" and CNN. She has worked with medical pioneers from the Mind/Body Medical Institute at Harvard and Dr. Dean Ornish's Preventive Medicine Institute; and leaders in spirituality and medicine, including His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Bishop Desmond Tutu and Buddhist Teacher Thich Nhat Hahn.

She spent the past decade directing a cardiac rehab program focusing on stress management. She also has worked extensively with cancer and hospice patients.
